Refunds & Returns

In general there are no refunds or returns, but in the case of a product being damaged in shipping, in the case of small orders, please mail back the damaged product and we will replace it at no further charge to you. In the case of a larger order please call us immediately.

Currency & Ordering

All products, shipping, and taxes are priced in $CAD dollars. Currently we offer shipping to Canada and US (Alaska and Hawaii exempt).

International Orders: If you wish to place an international order outside of North America, please contact us and we'll be happy to take your order by phone, email, or fax.

Orders over $1,000.00: We are currently unable to process orders above $1,000.00. For large and print-on-demand orders, please contact us.

Shipping

Prices do not include shipping. Shipping charges will be added on checkout based on the total weight of your order. We offer standard shipping to Canada and the US on regular shop items. Shipping rates vary greatly by region. We reserve the right to adjust rates without notice. All shipping rates are in $CAD dollars. Shipping charges are subject to taxes.

Taxes

Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are added on checkout based on your total purchase. US orders are tax exempt; Canadian orders are charged 13% HST.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is safe with us, we don't sell, or exchange contact lists with other companies, and your credit card information is not kept on file beyond the term of the transaction. Which is to say from the time you purchase one of our products to the time it is delivered.

Terms of Service

Mightypencil.com is an online e-commerce site. By accessing and/or using this site, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service outlined here. The Terms of Service may be modified at anytime. Such change is deemed effective as soon as the modified Terms of Service are posted. Each time you access and/or use this site, you agree to check the Terms of Service for any such modifications. Your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Terms of Service.

Regular Orders:

Once your payment has been accepted, please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your order to be processed, printed, and shipped.
For regular shop items, we ship to anywhere in Canada & US (Alaska and Hawaii exempt).
All sales are final.

Custom Orders:

A deposit will be required, with the balance of the payment due upon final approval of proofs of final artwork.
Your custom items will then be printed and shipped within 4 - 6 weeks of your approval.
A shipping quote will be sent to you for approval before the order is processed. Custom and resale orders may be shipped anywhere internationally.
All sales are final.
